No. We value your choice to be a member and want to ensure that you have full control over your membership status. Kids+ Tek Pro membership does NOT automatically renew. After your membership expires, it is necessary for you to manually renew it. To do so, kindly visit the “My Subscription” tab on your account page and follow the instructions provided.
No. Kids+ Tek membership is GST free.
Kids+ is an NDIS registered provider. This means that users may be able to access funding for membership payment. To download a copy of the receipt, please go to MY ACCOUNT – MY RECEIPTS. This receipt can then be downloaded and submitted to NDIS for reimbursement.
Yes, we offer a plan that is tailored specifically for schools, organizations, and assistive technology providers. This includes 50 individual profiles to share with teammates.
Go to MY ACCOUNT – MY SUBSCRIPTION – SUB ACCOUNTS enter the new user email address and an invitation email will be generated. Alternatively, you can copy the signup URL and share it with them directly.
